Excellent location, the owner, Anna, is one of the nicest humans I’ve ever met! She went out of her way to order us taxis, store our luggage after checkout, help with my ride service app, etc. I felt safe and welcomed and the free breakfast was good!
The rooms were very small and the room could use some work (paint was chipping, the beds were hard, etc). But it was priced very low so I wouldn’t expect a large room! Showers were big with great water pressure. Staff was super kind! I’d go back!

Everything was good, excellent staff, ideal location adjacent to public transport and Food Court even minimart, center, and restaurants and train or bus. An electric kettle and a refrigerator in my quadruple room were a very thoughtful addition. It had comfortable bed and great views. The good service and the attention to detail!

During my recent stay at Jayleen 1918, I had a fantastic experience exploring the nearby attractions and shopping centers. The location of the hotel is truly convenient, with MRT stations and the heart of the city just a stone's throw away. It made getting around a breeze, especially for someone like me who is used to longer travel times. The cleanliness of the place was commendable, and I appreciated the nourishing breakfast that was provided. The staff went above and beyond to assist me in a challenging situation when I misplaced my phone in a taxi. They took immediate action, helping me track down the taxi driver and ultimately ensuring the safe return of my phone. This level of honesty and professionalism truly impressed me. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. my stay at Jayleen 1918 was remarkable.

We had a really great time in this small hotel in Singapore. The food was outstanding and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu...
Nothing, no complaints at all.

I like the location, its only 3 minutes walk to the nearest mrt station and three mrt stops away from the famous Sentosa Island Departure Stop (Harbour Front). Room is clean. A stroll of good pubs/bistro/restaurant nearby.
Room is extremely small, a pub is just next door, so you can hear the music at night, one of the older male receptionist is extremely unfriendly.

Food abysmal, Bathroom drains smelt of sewage, small bedroom, entrance lobby cramped, not as indicated on web site. Dining room on different levels, cramped and furnished similar to a back street cafe. If this was a best western hotel we shudder to think what a lesser hotel is like.

I booked superior room for SGD180 with breakfast, on arrival the front desk staff said i may have to pay extra charges for the 2 kids, without extra bed. After checking with the manager, she demanded extra SGD18 for breakfast, not even ask whether we want to take the breakfast. Very disappointed for the attitude of not being courtesy at all. For the price paid, it definitely not worth it.
